Was planning to wait until I added more stuff but there was a major bug with the animated items that needed solving.

Added in this version:

• elf ear 
• a new hair part "hair top" with 3 options for now 
• hair clips prop 
• small fish prop 
• cat ears 
• glasses

Bug fix: XItems were pointing to the wrong path, so the belt was not showing up

Working now on more hair styles and zooming/panning in the editor
